Cadmus, the EUI Research Repository

How to use Cadmus, the EUI Research Repository: structure, submission rules, access, policies, and instructions for EUI authors and users

More than 47% of the research outputs in Cadmus are available in Open Access. Why are the other records not available in Open Access?

  • Some records are without full-text, due to copyright issues (metadata-only). When a full-text is not attached to the Cadmus record, often the resource can be reached via the DOI (full-text via DOI) and available in full-text if the EUI Library pays for a subscription to the publisher.
  • Some are under a time-based restriction (eg, embargo).
  • A few are under a permanent restriction.
