Available on trial until December 2025.
Scribe is a digital document remediation product available to all EUI members through the EUI Library, currently on trial until 31 December 2025. Scribe for documents transforms an existing online document, such as a PDF file, into one that meets the required accessibility standards, thus becoming an accessible document.
Scribe offers document conversion services that support all major graphic formats. Users can download up to eight accessible document types through a simple web browser. These documents are compatible with screen readers, magnification software, Braille displays, and other adaptive devices.
To access Scribe use this link< and enter your EUI email address.
You shall receive an email for verification (in case of non-receipt, please check your spam folders) and can access the Scribe conversion form. With this form, you can choose a document to remediate and specify the format to convert to. After the conversion is complete, the document will be available for you to view or download online.
